Laman
Rimba was born out of a shared vision to create a unique retreat in the heart
of Janda Baik. Founded in 2022 by Mr Faizal, the project began with an initial
investment of RM150,000, which was used to develop the site, design luxury
tents, and incorporate eco-friendly amenities. The couple wanted to offer an
experience where guests could immerse themselves in nature without compromising
on comfort and convenience. This business opening in mid-2023, Laman Rimba
quickly became a favorite for travelers seeking a peaceful yet luxurious
getaway. The site features six fully furnished tents, each costing an average
of RM500 per night, and offers activities like river trekking, BBQ nights, and
stargazing. With its commitment to sustainability and quality service, Laman
Rimba has become a symbol of modern eco-tourism in Malaysia.
